PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

• Develop the key competences to navigate “Organization & People” in a balanced and successful way through times of permanent CHANGE

• Develop new skills in Personal Development, Leadership Management and HR Management to meet the requirements of the MEGA Trends 2018-2030

• Discover and identify the key soft and hard factors influencing a successful and effective CHANGE

• Learn how to analyze and measure the impact of the soft and hard key factors on the current working environment

• Learn how to navigate oneself, teams and organization both - successfully and effectively - through times of permanent CHANGE

• Become a Certified International Change Manager (CICM)
